The living room of this apartment is located at the back of the house and opens onto a pleasant city garden. Besides the living room with lounge area, kitchen and dining space you have a bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom with double bed. We can put an extra bed in the bedroom to stay with 3 people. It is a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay, right in the center of Ghent.

Prices
The rental price is 1000€ per month with a minimum stay of 3 months. Not included: city tax of 3€ pp (+18) per night and flat rate of 175€ per month for electricity, water, gas and internet connection. You can find more information on our practical page.
Reservations
Contact us to make a reservation. We ask payment of first and last month’s rent. Month’s in between are to be paid 1 week before the start of the new month. The minimum rental period is 1 month.
