In this apartment we have reversed the order of things: downstairs you have the bedroom and bathroom with shower, on the upper floor the living area with kitchen, therefore you can enjoy the beautiful view behind the house and you get more light into the apartment. We have maintained the original wooden floors and doors of the room as much as possible which adds up to the warm atmosphere of the place. Play a record from the 70’s or 80’s and enjoy your time here!

Prices
The rental price is 900€ per month with a minimum stay of 3 months. Not included: city tax of 3€ pp (+18) per night and flat rate of 175€ per month for electricity, water, gas and internet connection. You can find more information on our practical page.
Reservations
Contact us to make a reservation. We ask payment of first and last month’s rent. Month’s in between are to be paid 1 week before the start of the new month. The minimum rental period is 1 month.
