- The apartment will be available from 4PM on the day of your arrival. The lease automatically ends at 11AM on the day of your departure. Please leave the apartment on time so we can clean it up for the next tenants.
- The maximum capacity of the apartment may not be exceeded, except with the prior consent of the landlord.
- The tenant is not allowed to partly or as a whole sublease the apartment.
- The landlord can not be held responsible for any accidents.
- The tenant and his fellow tenants commit themself to follow all guidelines provided by the landlord. For the duration of his stay, the tenant takes full responisibility for the apartment and commits himself to pay for all costs arising from negligence or abuse. Any defect will be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
- Tenant and co-tenants won’t be of any nuisance to their surroundings. On request by the landlord, any form of noise will be stopped immediately.
- You can cancel at least 1 month in advance, both before the start of the rental contract and during the rental. In case of cancellation less than 1 month in advance, one month’s total rent will be charged. Every cancellation costs always 120 euro.
- In case the rent isn’t paid on time, the tenant authorises to the landlord to change the locks of the rented apartment and to deny the tenant access to it.
- If it is impossible to rent the apartment in case of force majeure from the landlord, all paid costs will be reimbursed. However, no claim can be submitted against the landlord.
- If the tenant and his fellow residents do not behave in the spirit of these rental conditions, the landlord is entitled to nullify the lease and to require the tenant and his fellow residents to leave the apartment. This measure will be taken after the landlord has asked the tenants to comply with the prescribed rules. If, for the above reason, the lease is prematurely destroyed the tenant is not entitled to reimbursement of the rental charge.
