The indicated rates are the rent of the apartments. Not included: city tax of 3€ pp (+18) per night and flat rate of 175€ per month for electricity, water, gas and internet connection. A deposit of 300€ is asked and returned at the end of your stay if you leave the apartment in the same cleaned state as we provide it to you.
All payments are handled by bank transfer. To make a reservation, we ask payment of the first and last month’s rent. We do this to cover ourselves for people leaving early just like that, which unfortunately happens on occasion. Month’s in between are to be paid 1 week before the start of the new month. The minimum rental period is 1 month.
We will send you a lease pre-signed by us. You return one signed copy by email to validate your reservation. The lease includes the details of your reservation and a listing of the rental conditions under which we rent out our apartments.
