Prices
The rental price is 700€ per month with a minimum stay of 3 months. Not included: city tax of 3€ pp (+18) per night and flat rate of 190€ per month for electricity, water, gas and internet connection. You can find more information on our practical page.
Reservations
Contact us to make a reservation. We ask payment of first and last month’s rent. Month’s in between are to be paid 1 week before the start of the new month. The minimum rental period is 1 month.
